Photo Best Practices

Here is a guide to ensure you download your photos properly.  Make sure you have the best quality images and proper printing instructions. Please read the instructions below based on your device.

On Computer


NOTE: Use a laptop or desktop computer for downloading your full gallery.

  • Download the entire gallery as a .zip file for best quality and organization.


How to Download:

  1. Open the gallery link (sent to your email).
  2. Click the "Download" icon (usually a downward arrow or cloud symbol).
  3. Enter the download PIN (if applicable).
  4. Choose your download size (Original / High Resolution / Web Size).
  5. Original / High-Res is best for printing.
  6. Web Size is best for online sharing.
  7. Save the .zip file
  8. Extract the folder to access your photos.
  9. (Double click to open the folder) - Then click and drag the photos to your desktop or another folder to save.

On Mobile Device


NOTE: Phones often compress or resize photos during download.

  • It's best to download on a computer for full resolution, especially for printing.


If You Must Download on a Phone:

  1. Open the gallery link in your mobile browser
  2. Tap the "Download" icon (usually top right).
  3. Enter your PIN, (if applicable).
  4. Choose a download size:
  5. Use High-Res for better quality.
  6. Files may download individually or as a .zip
  7. On iPhones: Open in Files app and tap to unzip.
  8. Select all photos and save to IPhone
  9. On Android: Use My Files or a file manager to unzip.

TIP: For printing or albums, download on a computer for the best results.
